This Is Complete Insanity, Incompetence, And Blindness To The Fact That The Real Titletown, USA Has Been Regarded As So For The Past Decade & Longer. Therefore, There Was No Need For This ESPN Segment Besides The Official Crowning Of The City. But That's Not What Happened. Valdosta, GA Titletown? Are You Kidding Me? Some People Never Even Heard Of Their Football Program. But Name One Person Who Hasn't Heard Of The New York Yankees. I'm Sorry, I Have No Disrespect To Valdosta And I Have Always Applauded The Valdosta HS Program. But D2 & HS National Champions? They Have 23 State Championships & 6 National Titles In HS. They Have Won 2 Out Of The Last 4 National Champions In Division 2 Football. But I'm Sorry This Just Isn't Anywhere Near Good Enough For Titletown, USA. When You Say TitleTown, USA It Should Represent A Place That Suceeds Greatly At More Than 1 Sport. Valdosta Is Only In This List Because Of Football & Football Alone. Who Cares That JD Drew Came Out Of There. He's A Great Player. But Their Are A Lot Of Greater Players That Came Out Of Greater Places. The Way I See It, NY Or Even (OMG I Cant Believe I'm Saying This But) Boston(Forget Them Go Yankeez) Should Be TitleTown USA. When You Say The Boston Celtics, The Winningest Professional Basketball Team In America. You Say The New England Patriots(Scandal Or No Scandal) The Most Dominant Football Team In The NFL For The Past Several Years. You Can Even Say The Red Sox Who Have Won 2 Out Of The Last 4 World Series. You Can Even Say The Boston Bruins Who Have Won 5 Stanley Cups In The National Hockey League. But When You Say New York City, You Say The New York Knicks Who Despite Their Ups And Downs Still Own 2 World Championships & 8 Conference Titles. You Say The New York Rangers & Islanders Who Combine For 8 Stanley Cups. You Say The New York Football Giants Who Have Won 3 Championships Including Their Last Epic Win Over The Most Dominant Team In Football, The New England Patriots. You Can Even Say The New York Mets Who Despite Being Overshadowed By The Bronx Bombers Have Won 2 World Championships & 4 Conference Titles. And Most Importantly, You Say The Most Hallowed Team In All Of Professional Sports In The World, The New York Yankees. They Have Won 15 Division Titles, 39 AL Pennants, And 26 WORLD SERIES TITLES! That's Only 6 Titles Less Than All The (Above Mentioned) Boston Titles Combined In A Single Team. There Is No Doubt In My Mind That NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK IS THE TRUE TITLETOWN, USA.
